Delivery
The delivery time for your orders varies according to the availability of VERs in stock. The delivery time only starts to be counted from the moment the payment of the order is approved and the availability of the product is verified. The delivery time for orders is up to 15 working days.
• The delivery time of 15 working days is calculated according to the availability of the credit transfer platforms.
• The inclusion of a product in the "cart" does not guarantee your reservation. The product will only be reserved for the customer after the finalization of the order and approval by the card operator or payment slip.
• Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday from 7 am to 5 pm.
• The deadline for delivery of your purchase is considered from the confirmation of payment by financial institutions.
After the order is closed, a message will be sent to your e-mail informing the estimated delivery time. The receipt of your order will be made by e-mail, through a neutralization certificate stating the amount of carbon credits purchased.
Exchange and Return Policy
Macaw Enterprises Limited dba MyOffsets trades carbon credits, therefore, it is not possible to make any kind of exchange or return as there is no product or physical delivery, only an emissions compensation certificate sent by e-mail. In cases of request for exchange or customer dissatisfaction, the refund process will start if the customer is complying with the Refund Policy terms.
Refund Policy
At Macaw Enterprises Limited we want you to be fully satisfied with your online purchases. In the rare instance that you receive an item which does not work properly, then you can always refund it. If this is the case, we ask that you send an e-mail to us with a note explaining the problem.
For all on-line offset sales we provide you with a 7 day cooling off period. If you would like to cancel your order within this period, then please contact us explaining the reason for the cancellation. We will provide a full refund less 5% administration charge, and less postage charges in the case the certificate was sent by mail.
Our refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.
